How can I reserve my car?

It's very easy. You only have to fill the reservation form or call our Regional Reservations Central for rental in the Canary Isles in the thelephone (+34) 928 590 035.

Can I reserve a concrete car model?

When doing a reservation with Faycan Rent a Car you are guaranteed a car group; specific models are subject to avaliability. If you wish, you can see examples of our fleet.

Do prices include insurance?

The amount that you will pay when renting your car includes one of the wider coverages in the market. The price includes traffic accident insurance, (C.D.W), as well as theft and vandalims insurance (T.P.), Excess Waiver (SuperCDW).

 Optionally you can add the personal insurance (P.A.I), for the driver and companions that, for a reasonable price will cover hospital expenses in case of accident..

And taxes?

They are also included. With Faycan Rent a Car you will not have any unpleasant surprise because of additional charges unknown to you.

Can I pay with credit card?

Yes, you can pay your car rental with any of the main credit cards avaliable on the market.

What documents do I need to rent a car?

When you make the rental contract we will request from you a valid driver's license, your passport or personal identification card.

How old do I need to rent a car?

The minimum age to rent is 21 years. Besides you must have held your driver's licence for at least 1 year.

Can another person drive the car that I have rented?

Every rental contract allows to register an additional driver, with the same facilities and insurance coverage that the additional driver. The second driver will also have to possess a valid driver's licence, which will be requested from him/her at the moment of making the rental contract.

Can I extend the rental as many days as I want?

If you want to extend the rental period of your vehicle, you must contact the office and if there is availability the rate and conditions in force at that time will be applied.

What revisions does my rental car go through?

Faycan's Rent a Car - Hertz Canarias fleet passes a comprehensive mechanical and technical quality control before every rental. Besides, our fleet has a very low mean age since it is periodically renewed.

Can I contact with Faycan Rent a Car at any hour of the day?

Faycan Rent a Car has a rapid highway assistance service 24 hours a day for any need of our clients. During our opening hours you can contact with us in any of our rental offices, both telephone numbers will be facilitated by our personnel during the opening of your rental contract. Request our attention whenevr you need it, it will be a pleasure to listen to you.

What insurance coverage do I have in case of vehicle accident?

Drive secure with our cars. We offer you the best coverage with the CDW, or protection against collision damages, without deductible. The theft and vandalism coverage , TP, protects you from the theft of the car or some part of it, as well as from any vandalism act that causes damage to the car.

 Complete your safety with the P.A.I., optional personal insurance against Accidents, which offers you total assistance in case of suffering bodily injuries in a traffic accident by covering hospital expenses.

Can I return the vehicle in a different location from the collection?

With Autos Faycan you can collect your car at any of our offices and return it in a different location because of our "One-Way". The cost of this service is included in the price.

Can I go to another island with the car?

Cars must be kept in the same island where they were rented. If you transfer the car to another island, you do so at your own risk, our insurances do not cover it and you must bear all expenses related to any incident, including the transfer back to the island of origin. However, if you need to go to another island with the car please contact an agent in our office.

How can I modify or cancel my booking?

To modify your reservation you must contact our Reservation Center (+34 928 590 035). If you want to cancel your reservation you can do through our WEB under "My Reservations" or call our reservation center.

Is there any cost to modify or cancel my booking?

The modification and / or cancellation of reservations hasn´t got an additional charge.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

If in the reservation you have informed us about the flight number and the arrival time is within the office hours, you will not be charged for it. If in the reservation you have informed us about the flight number and the arrival time is not within the office hours, you will not be charged for it if the delay is less than an hour. If in your reservation isn´t the flight number, it is necessary that you inform us about the delay.

What is a pick-up? Do you bring the car to the hotel?

One of our employees goes to pick up you at your accommodation at the agreed time and takes you to our office to perform the contract and delivery of the vehicle. This service is included in the price of the reservation.

Do I have unlimited mileage?

There is no mileage limitation.
